Lyle Waggoner was an announcer and skit player on
The Carol Burnett
Show
from 1967 to 1974 and played Steve Trevor in
The New Adventures 
of Wonder Woman
in 1975. Prior to joining Carol Burnett, Waggoner was
a finalist for the title role in the TV series version of Batman

Waggoner retired from full-time acting to run Star Waggons, a company
he founded in 1979 that leases customized trailers for the entertainment 
industry, the largest such supplier in the country. He will occasionally
make guest appearances.

    Loved you when you were on The Carol Burnett Show. Wondered how you looked today. I’m getting old too. Gone are the good ‘ole days of clean, funny comedy.
