Harriet Nelson was born Peggy Louise Snyder in Des Moines, Iowa. She
was singer and actress, best known for her portrayal on the long-running
sitcom The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet on radio, CBS/NBC from 1944
to 1954 and on ABC-TV from 1952 to 1966.

Dion joined the Belmonts as their lead singer in late 1957. He is best remembered
for the 1961 singles "Runaround Sue" and "The Wanderer". Dion was elected to
the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1989. In 2000, Dion and The Belmonts were 
inducted into the Vocal Group Hall of Fame.
