  1. Loretta Carlson says:

    Happy Birthday Raymond Burr’
When I was 18, and I believed I could do anything, I left my Universal Tour on a quest to meet RB. I found him filming Kingston:Confidential in sound stage 21. Maybe because I acted like I knew what I was doing, or maybe because my maiden name is Hitchcock people let me stay and watch. Everyone was very nice.
Then Mr. Burr walked passed me and I said ‘Hi.” I brought up the subject of his island, he said it was pronounced Nay- Tum-Ba in his fabulously, famous deep voice. Well, I could have died and been buried right there. Now, I look back over the years and realize it was one of the best days of my starstruck life. Thank you for everything Mr. Burr. Love, Loretta Hitchcock-Carlson
