Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. (November 30, 1918 – May 2, 2014)

Efrem Zimbalist Jr.,best remembered for his role in the long-running
ABC television series "77 Sunset Strip" (1958-1964) and even the
longer running ABC-TV hit "The F.B.I.(1965-1974)," died Friday at 
his home in California of natural causes

       Pinky Lee (Pincus Leff)
(May 2, 1907 – April 3, 1993)

Lee was burlesque comic and host of a Emmy-nominated afternoon
children’s television program The Pinky Lee Show in the early 1950s
on NBC. It was followed each day by the Howdy Doody Show.

In later years, Lee worked as a teacher and appeared in local area 
musical theater productions.

Engelbert Humperdinck (Arnold George Dorsey) was born in Madras,
India as one of ten children to British Army NCO Mervyn Dorsey and
his wife Olive. He moved with his family to Leicester, England, when
he was ten. The singers biggest hit was "Release Me" in 1967. His
stage name was borrowed from the German 19th-century composer
of operas
such as Hansel and Gretel.
