Glenn Miller composed the theme song for the program Make Believe Ballroom
on WNEW radio, hosted by Martin Block. The song was recorded at the Victor
studios in New York City.

Apollo 7 was the first manned Apollo mission carried out by the U.S. and the 
first in which live television broadcasts were received from orbit. Wally Schirra,
Don Fulton Eisele and R. Walter Cunningham were the astronauts aboard.

Daryl Hall (Daryl Franklin Hohl) was born in Pottstown, Pennsylvania)

Daryl Hall of the rock duo Hall & Oates was inducted into the Songwriters
Hall of Fame in 2004. He is regarded as one of the best soul singers of his
generation. He met John Oates while attending Temple University.
