The first picture shows Lew Anderson with Bob Smith when the show was brought bake in the late seventies.

I am the “unidentified fan” in the picture with Bob Keeshan. I posted the picture on our family website, scotland-stewart.com. We had to take the website down due to hackers.
The picture was taken by my father, Ray Stewart. Here is the original caption:
This picture was probably taken in 1952 in the WOI-TV studio in Ames, Iowa. Bob Keeshan, who would have been only 25, was playing Clarabell on The Howdy Doody Show and came to visit the station to promote the show. Since Ray Stewart worked at WOI, he was able to get Tommy into the studio and take this picture of Keeshan removing his makeup. The picture shows Keeshan’s warmth and Tommy’s excitement. Keeshan went on to become Captain Kangaroo, and Tommy never forgot this day.
