Sir Patrick Hewes Stewart, is an English film, television and stage actor,
and university chancellor. He has had a distinguished career in theatre
and television for around half a century. He is most widely known for his
television and film roles, such as Captain Jean-Luc Picard in the series
Star Trek: The Next Generation (Syndication, 1987-1994), Professor
Charles Xavier in the X-Men film series. Stewart is also the voice of
Avery Bullock in American Dad on Fox TV.
