W.C. Fields (William Claude Dukenfield)

(January 29, 1880 – December 25, 1946)

Fields was an early film comedian who obtained fame for his sardonic
wit in such films as The Bank Dick (1940) and My Little Chickadee with
Mae West (1940). Before fame he made a living as a pool player and
a juggler as a teen.
