Jack Ely (September 11, 1943 – April 27, 2015)
Jack Ely, best known for singing the vocal on The Kingsmen‘s version
of "Louie Louie" has died. He passed away in Terrebonne, Oregon
having long suffered from an unknown illness.
Sorry to hear of the passing of Jack Ely, truly a Northwest rock icon along with his band mates, The Kingsmen.
