Actress Valerie Harper is known for her role as Rhoda Morgenstern on the
CBS-TV show The Mary Tyler Moore Show (1970-1977), and for her starring
roles on the spin-off sitcoms Rhoda, (CBS 1974-1978) and Valerie, (NBC
1986-1990/CBS 1990-1091). Harper won four Emmy Awards and a Golden
Globe Award for her character in these shows.

The original 1929 recording of "Ain’t Misbehavin’",written by Thomas “Fats” Waller received the Grammy Hall of Fame Award in 1984, and it was one of fifty recordings selected for inclusion in the National Recording Registry by the Library of Congress
in 2004. In 2001, the song was one of 365 Songs of the Century selected by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Kenneth Donald "Kenny" Rogers is a singer-songwriter, record producer, and
actor. His most success has been in the country music field, but has charted
more than 120 hit singles across various music genres and topping the country
and pop album charts for more than 200 individual weeks in the United States
alone. Two of Kenny Rogers albums, The Gambler and Kenny, were featured
in the About.com poll of The 200 Most Influential Country Albums Ever”. In 1986
he was voted the “Favorite Singer of All-Time” by readers of USA Today and
People. Rogers has received awards such as the AMAs, Grammys, ACMs, as
well as a lifetime achievement award for a career spanning a total of six decades
in 2003.


”The Gambler” was one of five consecutive songs by Rogers to hit
#1 on the Billboard country music charts. On the pop chart, the song
made #16 in early 1979.

Jackie DeShannon is one of the first female singer-songwriters of the rock “n”roll
era with a long list of hit song credits from the 1960s on. Jackie’s signature song
is “What the World Needs Now is Love” (1965). Her highest-charting hit was “Put
a Little Love in Your Heart”  which reached #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in
1969. In  2010, Jackie DeShannon was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of
Fame and was also inducted the Hit Parade Hall of Fame.

environmentalist, philanthropist, and founder of the Sundance Film
Festival. He has received two Oscars: one in 1981 for directing the 
film Ordinary People, and one for Lifetime Achievement in 2002. His

(1969), Jeremiah Johnson (1972), The Great Gatsby (1974), and
