‘’JUST DIP AND SIP’’
It was a drinking straw that turned plain milk into chocolate milk and was put
on the market in Los Angeles by Frontier Foods Corp. in the 1950s. The straw
contained a strip of sugarless chocolate that would dissolve in milk when it
passed through. Strawberry and root-beer flavors were soon added later at
a price of 23 cents a dozen.
