J. Cool here and all I can say is WOW B.B.! I can’t believe the Carnival has never come up before in any of our staff meetings. As a youth I went to the Carnival more times than I can remember! My cousins who just lived a short distance from the Carnival on Council Crest, and I would go to there with our folks a couple of times a month and I continued to go with my kids until it closed! Truly the BEST burger I can remember.
