Richard Samuel Attenborough (Baron Attenborough) is an English actor,
director, producer and entrepreneur. He is the current President of the
Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA).

As a film director and producer, he won two Academy Awards for Gandhi
in 1982. He has also won four BAFTA Awards and three Golden Globe
Awards
. As an actor he is perhaps best known for his roles in Brighton
Rock
(1947), The Great Escape (1963), 10 Rillington Place (1971),
Miracle on 34th Street
(1994) and Jurassic Park (1993).

Laura Baugh, at the age of 16, won the United States Women’s Amateur Golf
tournament. She was the youngest winner in the history of the tournament.

Laura Baugh earned 66 top 10 finishes as a professional golfer and was
Rookie of the Year in 1973. Today she operates the Laura Baugh Golf 
Workshops for women. She turned 57 in May.

The first major film roles for actor, director and producer Robert De Niro were
in Bang the
 Drum Slowly and Mean Streets, both in 1973. In 1974, he played 
the young Vito Corleone in The Godfather Part II, a role that won him the
Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. He also earned a best actor 
Oscar for his portrayal of Jake LaMotta in the 1980 film Raging Bull. 

Robert  DeNiro was also nominated for an Academy Award for his roles in
Martin Scorsese’s Taxi Driver (1976) and Cape Fear (1991). In addition, he 
received nominations for his acting in Michael Cimino‘s The Deer Hunter
(1978) and Penny Marshall‘s Awakenings (1990).
