AL PACINO IS 74 YEARS OLD TODAY

Alfredo James "Al" Pacino

Actor and director Al Pacino has won the Academy Award
for Best Actor for his role as Frank Slade in the 1992 film,
Scent of a Woman. He also starred in Dog Day Afternoon
(1975), Scarface (1983). Pacino played mobster Michael
Corleone in The Godfather trilogy beginning in 1972, still
considered one of the greatest performances of all time.

Before fame, Al Pacino developed a love for acting at an
early age and participated in the majority of his school’s
productions. As a teenager, he went by the nickname
Sunny and dreamed of becoming a pro baseball player.

Buddy Ebsen (Christian Ludolf Ebsen, Jr.)

(April 2, 1908 – July 6, 2003)

Character actor and dancer Buddy Ebsen performed for seven 
decades, he had starring roles as
Jed Clampett in the long-
running
CBS television series The Beverly Hillbillies and as the
title character in the 1970s detective series Barnaby Jones. He
also co-starred with Fess Parker in Walt Disney‘s Davy Crockett
miniseries (1953–54), and was originally cast as the Tin Man in
The Wizard of Oz (1939) until he fell ill from an allergy when
wearing the makeup.
