Hans Florian Zimmer was born in Frankfurt am Main, West Germany.
Film composer Hans Zimmer known for his work in more than 150 films, including
the Lion King (1994). He’s also known for having a lengthy collaboration with
filmmaker Christopher Nolan, working on Inception and The Dark Knight trilogy
beginning in 2005. He was in the New Wave Band The Buggles during the latter
part of the 1970s and appeared in their music video "Video Killed the Radio Star"
from 1979.

George Roger Waters is 73 years old today.
Roger Waters was a bass player, composer, vocalist, front man and co-founder
of the English rock band, Pink Floyd. The group is known for songs like "Shine
On You Crazy Diamond." He was once the chairman of the Cambridge Youth
Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament at age fifteen. His first solo album was
called The Body. Pink Floyd were inducted into the US Rock and Roll Hall of
Fame in 1996.

Hugh O’Brian (Hugh Charles Krampe)

O’Brian was known for his starring roles in the ABC western TV
series The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp (1955–1961) and the
NBC action television series Search (1972–1973). He also had a
minor role in John Wayne‘s last film, The Shootist (1976). O’Brian
died at his home in Beverly Hills, California.
