William Henry "Bill" Cosby, Jr. is a comedian, actor, author, television producer, 
educator, musician and activist. He is a veteran stand-up performer, he got his
start at various clubs, then landed a starring role in the NBC 1960s action show,
I Spy. He later starred in his own series on NBC, the situation comedy The Bill
Cosby Show
(1984-1992). He was one of the major characters on the PBS
children’s television series The Electric Company for its first two seasons,
and created the educational cartoon comedy series Fat Albert and the
Cosby Kids
on CBS (1972 –1984). Cosby has also acted in a number of
films. In 1976, Bill Cosby earned a Doctor of Education degree from the
University of Massachusetts Amherst.

"Andy" Griffith (June 1, 1926–July 3, 2012) 

Andy Griffith was a television icon, best known as the sage town
sheriff in the ’60s sitcom The Andy Griffith Show and as a defense
attorney on 1980s-’90s drama Matlock. He died today in Roanoke
Island, N.C.

known for having played the role of cross-dressing Corporal, later
Sergeant Maxwell Q. Klinger in the CBS television sitcom M*A*S*H
from 1972 to 1983..

ACTOR DON GRADY HAS DIED AT 68

       Don Grady (Don Agrati, June 8, 1944-June 27, 2012)

Grady, who was an original Mouseketeer on The Mickey Mouse
Club
who played son Robbie Douglas on the ABC and CBS
sitcom My Three Sons, one of the longest-running family
sitcoms in history, died today in Thousand Oaks, Calif.,
after a battle with cancer. He was 68.
