Buck Henry (Henry Zuckerman) (December 9, 1930 – January 8, 2020)

(FoxNews) – Buck Henry, the Hollywood screenwriter known for The Graduate”
(1967), “What’s Up, Doc?” (1972) and co-creator of the NBC/CBS – TV comedy
series “Get Smart”(1965-1970) died Wednesday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles after suffering a heart attack.

LEGENDARY PUPPETEER HAS DIED AT 85

Caroll Edwin Spinney (December 26, 1933 – December 8, 2019)

(FoxNews) – Caroll Spinney, the man behind the popular "Sesame Street" characters Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch, died Sunday at his home in
Connecticut after living with dystonia for some time. Spinney was also
a cartoonist, author and speaker. The news came in a
press release
from Sesame Workshop.

ACTOR RON LEIBMAN HAS DIED AT 82

Ronald Leibman (October 11, 1937 – December 6, 2019)

NEW YORK (AP) — Actor Ron Leibman, who appeared in movies, theater
and television in a career that spanned six decades and won a Tony award
for Tony Kushner’s iconic play ”Ängels in America," died Friday after an 
illness. A friend, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the cause was
complications of pneumonia.

‘STAR TREK’ CHARACTER ACTOR DEAD AT 79

Robert Hudson Walker Jr. (April 15, 1940 – December 5, 2019)

(FoxNews) – Robert Walker Jr., best known for a classic early Star Trek
episode and as the son of Hollywood stars Robert Walker and Jennifer
Jones, died Thursday in Malibu, according to family members.

The New York native portrayed the twitchy, callow title character in
“Charlie X,” the second episode of Star Trek’s pioneering first season
in 1966, and also handled the title role of the notable 1960s feature
films Ensign Pulver and Young Billy Young.

Dorothy Catherine Fontana (March 25, 1939 – December 2, 2019)

NEW YORK (AP) — D.C. Fontana, a writer and story editor for the original
Star Trek television series and later a contributor to “Star Trek: The
Next Generation" and other related projects, has died.

Fran Evans, a family friend, told The Associated Press that she died
Tuesday after a brief illness.

A native of Sussex, New Jersey, Fontana worked on a wide range of
other TV shows, from “Bonanza” and “Ben Casey,” along with “Star
Trek: The Next Generation" and “Star Trek: New Voyages." She also
wrote the “Star Trek” novel “Vulcan’s Glory," about Spock’s first
mission on the U.S.S. Enterprise.
