Robert John Downey, Jr.

Robert made his screen debut at the age of five, appearing in his father
Robert Downey, Sr.‘s film Pound (1970). He appeared in Weird Science
(1985) and starred in Air America (1990), and Soapdish (1991). Downey
starred as Charlie Chaplin, the title character in the 1992 film Chaplin,
earning him a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actor. He 
played the title character in Guy Ritchie‘s Sherlock Holmes (2009),
and again in 2011’s Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows.

Most recently, Robert Downey, Jr. played the role of Marvel superhero
Tony Stark / Iron Man in the live action film Iron Man (2008), a role he
reprised in Iron Man 2 (2010), and Iron Man 3 (2013).

 
Doris Day (Doris Mary Ann Kappelhoff)

Doris Day began her career as a big band singer in 1939. Through the
years that followed she made 31 albums and had songs that spent a
total of 460 weeks on the Top 40 charts. Day was also a high ranking
box-office star, making her last film in 1968.

Since retiring from acting and performing, she has continued her work
in animal rights causes and animal welfare. Doris Day currently lives
with her many pets in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California.   

The first issue of TV Guide, still the largest circulating weekly in the
U.S., featured Lucille Ball’s newborn son Desi Arnaz, Jr. on the cover.

Buddy Ebsen (Christian Ludolf Ebsen, Jr.)

(April 2, 1908 – July 6, 2003)

Character actor and dancer Buddy Ebsen performed for seven 
decades, he had starring roles as Jed Clampett in the long-
running CBS television series The Beverly Hillbillies and as the
title character in the 1970s detective series Barnaby Jones. He
also co-starred with Fess Parker in Walt Disney‘s Davy Crockett
miniseries (1953–54), and was originally cast as the Tin Man in
The Wizard of Oz (1939) until he fell ill from an allergy when
wearing the makeup.

Debbie Reynolds (Mary Francis Reynolds)

Reynolds regularly appeared in movie musicals during the 1950s and
had several hit records including “Tammy” from her film Tammy and the
Bachelor (1957). Her most popular film role was in Singin’ in the Rain
(1952). She also appeared with her then-husband. Eddie Fisher. in the
film Bundle of Joy (1956). Debbie continues to perform successfully on
stage, television and film to the present day.
