CARL REINER IS 91 TODAY
Carl Reiner is a actor, film director, producer, writer, and comedian
who has won twelve Emmy Awards and one Grammy Award during
his career. Prior to his acting career, he worked as a machinist
repairing sewing machines. Carl is the father of actor-turned-
director Rob Reiner.

Your Show of Shows was a live 90-minute variety show broadcast on NBC,
Saturdays, 9:00-10:30 p.m. ET/6:00-7:30 p.m. PT from February 25, 1950,
until June 5, 1954, starring Sid Caesar and Imogene Coca. Other featured performers were Carl Reiner, Howard Morris, Bill Hayes. During 2002,
Your Show of Shows was ranked #30 on TV Guide’s 50 Greatest TV
Shows of All Time.
