Charles Monroe Schulz (November 26, 1922 – February 12, 2000)
“Peanuts” is a syndicated daily and Sunday comic strip that was written
and illustrated by Charles M. Schulz. It ran from October 2, 1950, to
February 13, 2000 and continued in reruns afterward. The strip made
it’s debut in Sunday papers "Peanuts" debuted in Sunday papers
across the United States.

of the Town Show’ on Sunday, January 6, 1957, just days before his 22nd
birthday on January 8th.
TOM MIX WAS BORN ON THIS DAY IN 1880
Thomas Edwin "Tom" Mix (January 6, 1880 – October 12, 1940)
Actor Tom Mix was a star of many early Western movies. He reportedly made
336 films between 1910 and 1935, all but nine of which were silent features. He
was Hollywood’s first Western megastar and is noted as having helped define
the genre for all cowboy actors who followed him.
BONNIE FRANKLIN IS 68 YEARS YOUNG TODAY
Actress Bonnie Gail Franklin is best known for her starring role in the CBS
television sitcom series One Day at a Time.
