James Joseph "Jim" Croce (January 10, 1943 – September 20, 1973)
Croce was a prolific singer/songwriter who wrote hits in the 70s, such as ‘Bad, Bad
Leroy Brown’, and ‘Time in a Bottle’. He died tragically in a plane crash the day
after his song, ‘I Got a Name’, was released.
Croce’s grave in the Haym Saloman Memorial Park in Frazer,
Chester County, Pennsylvania.
