Efrem Zimbalist, Jr.is known for his starring roles in the ABC TV series
77 Sunset Strip (1958-1964) and ABC’s The F.B.I (1965-1974). He is
also known as recurring character "Dandy Jim Buckley" in the ABC
series Maverick (1957-1962).
Zimbalist worked as a page for NBC radio in New York after studying at
Yale and went on to serve a five-year stint in the army during World
War II.
