Randall (Randy) Herman Meisner (1946 – 2023)
The Eagles band announced in a Facebook post Thursday,
founding member Randy Meisner is dead. He was 77.
The Eagles band said Meisner died from complications from
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
Before joining the Eagles, Randy was a member of Rick
Nelson & The Stone Canyon Band.
He was also the original bass player for country-rock group
Poco in the 60s.
Adam John Walsh, age 6,was abducted from a mall in Hollywood,
Florida, and later found murdered. In the aftermath of the crime,
Adam’s father, John Walsh (below) became a leading victims’
rights activist and host of the long-running television show
America’s Most Wanted (Feb. 7, 1988 – present) on Fox.

America’s 37th president, Richard M. Nixon, be impeached and
removed from office.
The impeachment proceedings resulted from a series of political scandals involving the Nixon administration that came to be
collectively known as Watergate.
Only three presidents in U.S. history have been impeached:
Andrew Johnson in 1868, Bill Clinton in 1998 and Donald
Trump in 2019 and in 2021.
