Herbert was the creator and host of NBC’s Watch Mr. Wizard (1951–65, 1971–72)
and of Mr. Wizard’s World (1983–90), which were educational television programs
for children devoted to general science and technology experiments.

Robert James "Bob" Keeshan (June 27, 1927 – January 23, 2004)

Keeshan was a television producer and actor, most notable as the title
character of the children’s CBS television program Captain Kangaroo,
which ran from 1955 to 1984. He also played the original “ Clarabell
the Clown” on the Howdy Doody program on NBC-TV from 1947-1952.
