Suzanne Somers (born Suzanne Marie Mahoney) is a actress, author, singer
and businesswoman. She is best known for the television roles as Chrissy on
the ABC comedy series Three’s Company (1977-1984) and Carol Lambert on
Step by Step also on ABC (1991-1997). Somers also had a small part in  
Magnum Force (1974)  

 

Suzanne Somers was the mysterious “blonde in the T-Bird” in
the 1973 George Lucas coming of age film  American Graffiti.

The first production Corvette rolls off the small assembly line at Chevrolet Plant 35   
near Flint, Michigan on June 30, 1953. Assembly line worker Tony Kleiber (above)
had the honor of driving the first Corvette off the assembly line. It reportedly sold for
$3,250.
