John Herbert “Jackie” Gleason (February 26, 1916 – June 24, 1987)

During his early years,Gleason worked as a MC for a theater, in a pool
hall, as a stunt driver, and carnival barker before working his way up at
New York’s Club 18 as an insult comic.

Carrot Top (Scott Thompson) was born in Rockledge, Florida.

The red-haired prop comedian whose odd inventions are the center of his
stand up acts, began his comedic career after performing at an open mic
night at his college, Florida Atlantic University.

(February 14, 1894 – December 26, 1974)

Jack Benny is recognized as a leading entertainer of the 20th century,
known for his comic timing, and the ability to create laughter with a pause
or a single expression, such as his signature exasperated "Well!" His radio
and television programs, popular from the 1930s to the 1970s, were a big
influence on the sitcom genre. In character, he would be 39 years of age,
regardless of his actual age.
