Claire Trevor (March 8, 1910 – April 8, 2000) was an actress, nicknamed the "Queen of Film Noir" because of her many appearances in ”bad girl” roles in film noir and other black-and-white thrillers. She appeared in over 60 films. Trevor’s acting career spanned more than seven decades and included successes in stage, radio, television and film. She costarred with John Wayne, gaining her final Oscar nomination for The High and the Mighty in 1954 (picture from the film above).
Claire Trevor won her Supporting Oscar Award for playing the drunken mistress of
the cruel gangster (Edward G. Robinson, seen above) in the 1948 film Key Largo.

Though a roofer by trade, Aidan Quinn began his acting career in the Chicago
theater at age 19. His first significant film role was in Reckless (1984),followed
by a breakthrough role in Desperately Seeking Susan (1985). In the 1990s
Quinn’s career grew immensely. He found work alongside such stars as Brad
Pitt in Legends of the Fall (1994), Johnny Depp in Benny & Joan (1993),and
Robert Duvall in The Handmaid’s Tale (1990).

RACHEL WEISZ IS 41 TODAY
Rachel Weisz is an English film and theatre actress and fashion model. Her acting
career began while attending the University of Cambridge college, where she co-
founded a theatrical group. The group was awarded the Student Drama Award.
Rachel made her film debut in the 1994 film Death Machine, but gained recognition
for her roles in the 1996 movie Chain Reaction,and her portrayals in the films The Mummy, in 1999, and The Mummy Returns in 2001. Rachel was also in Enemy at
the Gates in 2001, and The Constant Gardner in 2005, for which she received the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress as well as
the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in
a Supporting Role.

ACTOR DEAN STOCKWELL IS 75 TODAY
Dean Stockwell is an actor of film and television, active for over 60 years
and unlike many child actors, he continued to act well past his teenage
years. He is most known for his role as Rear Admiral Albert “Al” Calavicci
in the NBC television series Quantum Leap (1989 – 1993) and in the Sci
Fi revival of Battlestar Glactica as Brother Cavil.
