Recording artist Chubby Checker dominated the 1960s music scene with the
dance song "The Twist." and also made the "Limbo Rock" song and dance
style popular. In September 2008 "The Twist" topped Billboard’s list of the
most popular singles to have appeared in the Hot 100 since its debut in 1958.

Andrews was a child actress who began singing onstage with her parents in
1945 and who appeared in a stage production of Jack and the Beanstalk.
