Mary Ann Mobley (February 17, 1939 – December 9, 2014)

Mary Ann Mobley, the first Miss Mississippi crowned Miss America, died
at her home in Beverly Hills, California Tuesday after a battle with breast
cancer. Mobley appeared opposite Elvis Presley in two 1965 films, “Girl
Happy” and “Harum Scarum”, and appeared on dozens of popular TV
series from the 1960s to the ’90s, including "Perry Mason," "The Love
Boat," "Love, American Style," and "Different Strokes".

TV SERIES ACTOR HAS DIED AT 59

Kenneth “Ken” Patrick Weatherwax
(September 29, 1955 – December 7, 2014)

Ken Weatherwax, best known for playing Pugsley
Addams on the original The Addams Family TV 
series on ABC from 1964 to 196, died in his sleep
Sunday morning. 

After The Addams Family was canceled, Weatherwax
found it difficult to get work in Hollywood and was
typecast as Pugsley well into his teens.

At 17, he entered the U.S. Army and later made
appearances at conventions and performed some
small acting jobs including voice-overs. He had also
worked as a set builder on movie lots from 1992-2002.    

With the passing of Ken Weatherwax, the only regular
cast members from The Addams Family still living are
John Astin, Lisa Loring, and Felix Silla.

PITTOCK GRANDAUGHTER, DIES AT 110

Elizabeth Leadbetter “Betty” Meier
(July 26, 1904 – December 2, 2014)

Elizabeth died peacefully at her home in Portland on
Tuesday, Dec. 2. She was the granddaughter of Henry
L. Pittock, pioneer wood and paper magnate who is
often referred to as the founder of The Oregonian 
newspaper. Born in Portland, Oregon, Betty was the 
youngest of four children. She is survived by her children;
stepson; 24 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; and
four great-great-grandchildren.

ROCK BAND MEMBER HAS DIED AT 70

Robert Henry ‘Bobby’ Keys (December 18, 1943 – December 2, 2014)

(AP) – Rolling Stones’ saxophone player Bobby Keys, who also performed
on recordings with John Lennon and Eric Clapton, has died at his home in
Franklin, Tennessee.

Michael Webb, who played keyboard with Keys, said Keys died on Tuesday
after a lengthy illness. Keys had been out on tour with the Stones earlier this
year before his health prevented him from performing.

FORMER D.C. MAYOR DIES AT 78

Marion Shepilov Barry, Jr. (March 6, 1936 – November 23, 2014)

Marion Barry, the longtime mayor of the District of Columbia died shortly after
midnight Sunday at the United Medical Center, after having been released from
Howard University Hospital the previous day.

No cause of death was immediately specified, but spokeswoman LaToya Foster
said Barry collapsed outside his home. Barry had battled kidney problems as a
result of diabetes and high blood pressure and underwent a kidney transplant
in February 2009.

Barry made a political comeback after a 1990 FBI sting videotaped him smoking
crack cocaine,
