Adam West
(born William West Anderson in Walla Walla, Washington)

West is best known for his portrayal of ABC’s Batman from 1966 to
1968. He has since provided voice-over work in various animated
superhero series. 

The Patty Duke Show ran on ABC television from September 18, 1963,
to April 27, 1966, with reruns airing through August 31.

Anna Marie "Patty" Duke will be 69 in December.

Frankie Avalon was born Francis Thomas Avallone in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Avalon appeared with Annette Funicello in several beach party
movies during the mid-60s. His song "Why" became the last #1
hit of the 1950s. He played the trumpet during his first television
appearance at age twelve.
