the United States.
SAM ELLIOTT IS 70 TODAY
Samuel Pack "Sam" Elliott was born in Sacramento, California and moved
from California to Oregon with his family during his teenage years, where he
graduated from David Douglas High School in Portland. He attended Clark
College in Vancouver, Washington. He worked in construction while studying
acting in Los Angeles and served in the California Army National Guard.

Connie Stevens (born Concetta Rosalie Ann Ingoglia in Brooklyn, NY)
Actress and singer Connie Stevens played Cricket Blake on the ABC television
series Hawaiian Eye (1959-1963). She married her second husband, Eddie
Fisher in 1967.
Stevens had hit singles as a solo artist with "Sixteen Reasons" (1960), being
her biggest hit, reaching #3 on the Billboard Hot 100.
