                   Jeanne Cooper (Wilma Jeanne Cooper)  

                       (October 25, 1928 – May 8, 2013) 
 

Cooper is best known for her Emmy Award winning role as Katherine
Chancellor
on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless
(1973-2013). She was one of the longest-serving serial television
actors in America. Cooper became ill due to an infection shortly
after a round of promotion for the 40th anniversary of The Young
and the Restless.

Earnhardt died in a last-lap crash at Daytona International Speedway 
while driving in the 2001 Daytona 500. He has been inducted into
numerous halls of fame, including the inaugural class of the NASCAR
Hall of Fame.

Edward R. Murrow was a broadcast journalist known for his series of radio
news
broadcasts during World War II, which were followed by millions of
listeners in the United States.

A pioneer of television news broadcasting, Murrow produced a series of TV
news reports that helped lead to the censure of Senator Joseph McCarthy.
