The Ford Mustang was brought out five months before the normal start of the 1965 production year. The earliest versions are often referred to as 1964½ models, but
VIN coded by Ford and titled as 1965 models with production beginning in Dearborn, Michigan on March 9, 1964^. The new car was introduced to the public on April 17,
1964 at the New York World’s Fair.

George Burns and Gracie Allen

Burns and Allen debuted as regulars on The Guy Lombardo Show on CBS
radio. When Lombardo switched to NBC, they took over his CBS spot with 
The Adventures of Gracie beginning September 19, 1934. Two years later
it evolved into the “Burns & Allen Show”. George and Gracie continued on
radio for 14 more years before making the switch to television.
