NBC-TV from 1989 to 1998 and The New Adventures of Old Christine
seen on CBS-TV from 2006 to 2010. The latter show received nine
Emmy nominations, winning one for Louis-Dreyfus’ performance
in the first season.
Controversial radio personality Howard Stern first worked
at the campus radio station while studying Communications
at Boston University. He made his professional debut at
WNTN radio in 1975. Stern can be heard on Sirius Satellite
radio.
J.K. Simmons is best known for his portrayal as police psychiatrist
Dr. Emil Skoda in the NBC-TV series Law & Order. Simmons was a
Broadway actor and singer prior to his film and television career.
