John Garfield (Jacob Julius Garfinkle) (March 4, 1913 – May 21, 1952)

Garfield earned Best Actor Oscar nominations for his roles in 1947’s Body and
Soul and 1938’s Four Daughters. His other notable films include Tortilla Flat in
1942 and The Sea Wolf in 1941. He also co-starred in the 1947 film, Gentleman’s Agreement, with Gregory Peck. He began his acting career performing on stage 
for the  American Laboratory Theater and Civic Repertory Theater. Long-term
heart problems led to his death at the age of 39.

Multiple Grammy Award-winning smooth jazz guitarist, Larry Carlton wrote
the theme song for the NBC-TV show Hill Street Blues (1981-1987). He has
played on records for many artists, including Billy Joel and almost always
plays a Gibson ES-335. Born in Torrance, California, Larry began playing
guitar at six years of age.

Bob Conrad before he began his acting career. He has hosted a weekly
two hour national radio show (The PM Show with Robert Conrad) on CRN
Digital Talk Radio.

Vigoda began his career with a small roles on the television series, Studio One.
His debut film was 1953’s The Joe Louis Story.

He went on to appear in dramas, including The Godfather (1972), and comedies
such as Barney Miller (ABC-TV, 1975-1982), and Joe Versus The Volcano (1990).
