Lawrence of Arabia is a British film based on the life of T. E. Lawrence and
his experiences in Arabia during World War l. It is considered to be one of
the greatest and most influential films in the history of cinema with a highly
acclaimed score by Maurice Jarre and cinematography by Freddie Young.

largest yet built for a movie. The films nine-minute chariot race is the most famous
sequences in cinema history. The score is the longest ever composed for a motion
picture.

“Casablanca” has grown in popularity to the point that it now consistently
ranks near the top of lists of the greatest films of all time.

"Sweet Leilani" was featured in the 1937 film, Waikiki Wedding. It
won the Academy Award for Best Original Song, and Bing Crosby’s
record became one of the biggest hits of the year.

Harry Owens wrote the song on October 20, 1934 for his daughter
Leilani, who was born the previous day. Leilani is a popular
Hawaiian name, meaning "heavenly garland of flowers".
