Ralph Rexford Bellamy was a actor with a radio, stage, film and TV career that 
spanned sixty-two years. He appeared on Broadway in one of his most famous 
roles, as Franklin Delano Roosevelt (below) in Sunrise at Campobello. In 1984, 
he was presented with a Life Achievement Award from the Screen Actors Guild, 
and in 1987 received an Honorary Academy Award "for his unique artistry and 
his distinguished service to the profession of acting". He gave his final acting 
performance in Pretty Woman (1990).

Arthur Stanley "Stan" Jefferson better known as Stan Laurel, was an English
comic actor, writer and film director, famous as the first half of the comedy team
Laurel and Hardy (below). His film acting career stretched between 1917 and
1951 and included a starring role in the Academy Award winning film The Music
Box
(1932). In 1961, Laurel was given a Lifetime Achievement Academy Award
for his pioneering work in comedy. He has a Star on the Hollywood Walk of
Fame.

Grease is an 1978 musical film directed by Randal Kleiser and based on
the 1971 musical of the same name. The film stars John Travolta, and
Olivia Newton-John. It was a box office success and its soundtrack album
ended 1978 as the second-best selling album of the year behind the
soundtrack of Saturday Night Fever, also a Travolta film.

in the NBC-TV sitcom Mad About You (1992-1999), before being cast in the
1997 romantic comedy As Good as it Gets, for which she won the Academy
Award for Best Actress. Some of her other Hollywood credits include Twister
(1996), and Cast Away (2000). Hunt made her directorial debut in 2007 with
Then She Found Me.

Burl Ives was a actor, writer and folk music singer. As an actor, Ives work
included comedies, dramas, and voice work in theater, television, and film. He
is most known as the narrator, Sam the Snowman, in the stop-motion animated
TV special, Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Ives continues to be linked to
the Christmas season with the yearly rebroadcast of the special.
