Kathryn Elizabeth “Kate” Smith (May 1, 1907 – June 17, 1986)

Following the attack on Pearl Harbor in December of 1941,
Bush decided to join the US. Navy. He became the youngest
naval aviator at that time.
George Herbert Walker Bush
The 41st President of the United States also served as vice president,
congressman, ambassador, director of the CIA, and served in World
War II. His son, George W. Bush, served as the 43rd President of the
Untied States.

The Lincoln Memorial is a national monument built to honor the 16th President of
the United States, Abraham Lincoln. It is located on the western end of the National
Mall in Washington, D.C., across from the Washington Monument.
William H. Taft – who was then Chief Justice of the United States – dedicated the
Memorial and presented it to President Warren G. Harding, who accepted it on
behalf of the American people. Lincoln’s only surviving son, 78-year-old Robert
Todd Lincoln, was in attendance.
Today, approximately 6 million people visit the memorial annually.

Leslie Townes "Bob" Hope (May 29, 1903 – July 27, 2003)
Hope won an amateur talent contest for his Charlie Chaplin
impersonation in 1915. In 1997, the U.S. Congress declared
him the "first and only honorary veteran of the U.S. armed
forces."
