Russell Lyle "Russ" Conrad

Marconi was an Italian inventor and electrical engineer known for his pioneering
work on long-distance radio transmission and for his development of Marconi’s
law and a radio telegraph system. He is often credited as the inventor of radio.

The Hubble Space Telescope was deployed into low Earth orbit
and remains in operation to this day.


X Minus One was a half-hour science fiction radio drama series
broadcast from April 24, 1955 to January 9, 1958 in numerous
timeslots on NBC. The series was never able to generate a
large following.
The writers of the magazine stories were not well known then
but now are the giants of today. These stories came from the
minds of Ray Bradbury, Isaac Asimov, and Poul Anderson to
name a few.
