Grady, who was an original Mouseketeer on The Mickey Mouse
Club who played son Robbie Douglas on the ABC and CBS
sitcom My Three Sons, one of the longest-running family
sitcoms in history, died today in Thousand Oaks, Calif.,
after a battle with cancer. He was 68.

June Lockhart is primarily known as a 1950s and 1960 TV
actress, best remembered as the mother in two television
series, Lassie and Lost in Space. She also played Dr. Janet
Craig on the CBS-TV sitcom Petticoat Junction (1968-1970).
John Stephen Goodman is a popular film, television, and
stage actor. He is best known for his role as Dan Conner
on the ABC television series Roseanne (1988-1997) for
which he won a Best Actor Golden Globe Award in 1993.
Father’s Day was founded in 1910 by Sonora Smart Dodd, born in Arkansas
from Spokane, who was also the driving force behind its establishment. It
was first celebrated in Spokane, Washington on June 19, 1910.
