JOYCE VAN PATTEN IS 77 TODAY
Joyce Van Patten is a stage, film and television actress and the younger
sister of actor Dick Van Patten. Her list of guest appearances includes
the TV shows, Gunsmoke, Perry Mason, The Twilight Zone, The Andy
Griffith Show, and Hawaii Five-O. Van Patten has had supporting roles
in many films, among them as the head of the Little League in the
original comedy film Bad News Bears in 1975.
ROBERT CONRAD ~ 76 TODAY
Actor Robert Conrad is best known for his role in the CBS-TV series The
Wild Wild West (1965 – 1969) , in which he played the sophisticated Secret
Service agent James T. West, and his portrayal of World War II flying ace Pappy Boyington in the NBC-TV series Baa Baa Black Sheep (1976 – 1978). He was
a recording artist of pop/rock songs in the early 1960s as Bob Conrad before
he started acting. He currently hosts a weekly 2 hour national radio show

format. The stories used in the series were based on actual events.

Ron Howard, actor, director, and producer came to prominence as a child actor,
playing Opie Taylor in the CBS-TV sitcom The Andy Griffith Show from 1960 to
1969 and later as the teenaged Richie Cunningham on the sitcom Happy Days
on ABC from 1974 – 1984. Ron made film appearances in American Grafiti in
1973 and in The Shootist in 1976 with John Wayne. He made his directorial
debut with the 1977 comedy film Grand Theft Auto.
