Hawaii Five-O is a police drama series set in Hawaii. The show was
given the title in honor of Hawaii’s status as the 50th State.The series
originally ran for twelve seasons on CBS from Thursday September
26, 1968 to April 4, 1980 and continues in reruns. The series starred
Jack Lord as state police lead Detective Steve McGarrett. The theme
music for Hawaii Five-O was composed by Morton Stevens and has
been covered by many musicians.

Loved this original TV Series! When we used to live over there on Oahu, I used to see the black cars found in the show parked at the Ilikai Hotel next to my Medical Clinic (Kaiser)…and a couple of times saw Jack Lord from a distance…he was really tall as I remember back. Fun post, Bob!
