"Teach Your Children" was written by Graham Nash when he was a member of
The Hollies. The recording features Jerry Garcia on pedal steel guitar. It peaked
at #16 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts shortly after its release. In 1984, Democratic presidential candidate Walter Mondale used the song in a campaign commercial on
arms control.
