John Sebastian’s group The Lovin’ Spoonful, released the song as the 
first single from their debut album Do You Believe in Magic. The song
became a top ten hit on the Billboard  Hot 100, peaking at #9.

Laura Baugh, at the age of 16, won the United States Women’s Amateur Golf
tournament. She was the youngest winner in the history of the tournament.

Laura Baugh earned 66 top 10 finishes as a professional golfer and was
Rookie of the Year in 1973. Today she operates the Laura Baugh Golf 
Workshops for women. She turned 57 in May.
