Ethel Skakel Kennedy is the widow of former U.S. Attorney General
(1961- 1964) and New York Senator (1965 – 1968) Robert F. Kennedy
who was assassinated while campaigning for President in 1968.
After her husband’s death, Kennedy continued to live at the family
home, Hickory Hill, in McLean, Virginia, until December 2009, when
it was sold for $8.25 million. Ethel never remarried.
“Strangers In The Night” reached number one on both the Billboard Hot 100
chart and the Easy Listening chart. it was the title song for Sinatra’s 1966
album Strangers in the Night, which became his most commercially
successful album. It won him the Grammy Award for Best Male Pop
Vocal Performance and the Grammy Award for Record of the Year in
1967.

The sitcom Family Ties aired on NBC from September 22, 1982 until
May 14, 1989 for a total of seven seasons. It won multiple awards,
