Cheryl Ladd (Cheryl Jean Stoppelmoor) was born in Huron, South Dakota.
Actress Cheryl Ladd replaced Farrah Fawcett in 1977 to play Kris Munroe on
the ABC-TV series Charlie’s Angels. She remained with the show until its
cancellation in 1981. Ladd initially planned on becoming a singer, working
under the name Cherie Moor.
Yul Brynner (Yuly Borisovich Briner)
(July 11, 1920 – October 10, 1985)
Yul Brynner portrayed rulers in The King and I (1951) and The
Ten Commandments (1956). His other films include Anastasia
(1956), The Sound and the Fury (1959), and Death Rage (1976).
Brynner lived in Russia, France, and China before immigrating
to the U.S. He debuted as Paul Vicola in the 1949 film, Port of
New York.
1973
