


The Campbell Soup Company was started in 1869 by Joseph A. Campbell, a fruit merchant from Bridgeton, New Jersey, and
Abraham Anderson, an icebox manufacturer from South Jersey.
They produced canned tomatoes, vegetables, jellies, soups,
condiments, and minced meats.

The company wins a bronze medal for product excellence at the
Paris Exposition. The medallion is added to the can label where
it still appears to this day.


March 29 marks an important, commemorative day for Vietnam War-
era veterans. National Vietnam War Veterans Day came about as the result of the passage of the Vietnam War Veterans Recognition Act
that was signed into law by President Trump in 2017.

Jessica Walter (January 31, 1941 – March 23, 2021)
Besides many film appearances, Walter is most recently known for her
role as Lucille Bluth on the Fox sitcom Arrested Development which
originally aired from November 2, 2003, to February 10, 2006.
Jessica Walter died in her sleep at her home in Manhattan on March
24. No cause of death has been given.
