George Stevens Hamilton was born in Memphis,
Tennessee
.

Hollywood actor George Hamilton won a Golden
Globe Award in 1960 as the Most Promising Male
Newcomer and starred in the 1971 film, Evel
Knievel
. He has also appeared in Your Cheatin’
Heart
, a 1964 musical. Hamilton starred as country
singer Hank Williams.


George Hamilton poses as Colonel Sanders, the current spokesman
for Kentucky Fried Chicken TV spots.

ACTOR HAS DIED AT AGE 75


Barry Francis Jenner (January 14, 1941 – August 9, 2016)

Character actor Barry Jenner, best known for his pivotal role as Admiral
William Ross on "Star Trek: Deep Space Nine" and with credits including
recurring roles on "Dallas," "Knott’s Landing," "Family Matters" and many
others, died on August 9. Hailing from Philadelphia, PA, Jenner’s career 
kicked off in the 1970s with roles on TV soap operas.

Jenner is remembered as one of the series’ most important supporting
actors who was a popular figure on the convention circuit. Berry Jenner
is survived by his wife, Suzanne Hunt. (FOXNEWS)

Edwin Jack "Eddie" Fisher
(August 10, 1928 – September 22, 2010)

Eddie Fisher sold millions of records and released seventeen
top ten singles in the 1950s, including "Wish You Were Here"
and "Oh! My Pa-Pa." He started competing in amateur singing
contests as a teenager. Fisher was drafted into the U.S. Army
in 1951. Eddy Fisher was married five times. His wives included
Debbie Reynolds, Elizabeth Taylor, and Connie Stevens.
