GORDON LIGHTFOOT IS 73 TODAY
Gordon Lightfoot is a Canadian singer-songwriter of folk, fork-rock and
country music. He has been called Canada’s greatest songwriter and
internationally as a folk-rock legend. His hit songs include “Early Morning
Rain”, “If You Could Read My Mind”, “Sundown”, and “Rainy Day People”.

CHEF-BOY-AR-DEE COMMERCIAL FROM 1953
There was in fact a real “Chef-Boy-ar-dee” and his name was Ettore
“Hector” Boiardi. He had a successful Italian restaurant in Cleveland,
Ohio during the 1920s and ‘30s. He died in 1985 at the age of 88.
