John Lennon and Yoko Ono were married in Gibraltar, and spent their honeymoon
in Amsterdam campaigning with a week-long Bed-In for peace. The couple had
planned on a similar campaign in the U.S., but were denied. A series of fourteen lithographs were released depicting scenes from the honeymoon, eight of which
were deemed indecent and most of which were banned and confiscated.

     Fred McFeely Rogers (March 20, 1928 – February 27, 2003)

Fred Rogers was an educator, Presbyterian minister, songwriter, author,
and television host. He is most remembered for creating and hosting 
the PBS children’s show Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood (1968-2001).

Bruce Willis is well known for his portrayal of John McClane in the Die Hard film series and has appeared in over sixty other movies. Willis is the ninth highest-grossing actor
in a leading role and twelfth highest including supporting roles. He is a two-time Emmy
Award and Golden Globe Award winner. .

Graceland is located about ten miles south of Memphis, Tennessee

At 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 19, 1957, 22-year-old Elvis Presley, accompanied
by his parents, Gladys and Vernon met with real estate agent Virginia Grant
at Graceland. Elvis, along with his parents, signed the sales contract on the
spot as purchasers and a closing date was set for March 26.

The purchase was funded by a combination of $10,000 cash deposit, trade of a
previous home on Audubon Drive in Memphis for $55,000 and a mortgage of
$37,500.
